level 4 management certificate (available november 2009)

level 5 management certificate (available november 2009)
individuals who have experience in middle to senior management have already been functioning in this role and have gained significant experience at a managerial level can be recognised for their experience and talent. This process will identify existing productive talent patterns and skills, and focus on mastering additional requirements – assisting the individual in building a portfolio of evidence for assessment.
